This Shipping Policy applies to purchases from Animuxx at animusxx.com, operated by HONGKONG DABING TRADING CO., LIMITED.
Delivery availability and shipping charges
Shipping availability and charges depend on the destination and order. Please check the shipping options presented at checkout. If no delivery option is available for your address, contact us before placing an order so we can confirm whether delivery can be arranged and the applicable cost.
Order processing and delivery estimates
Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment and order details have been confirmed. Any processing or delivery estimate provided with your order is an estimate, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Product availability, public holidays, carrier disruption and customs clearance can affect delivery. Contact us if you need an item by a particular date before ordering.
Shipping details and tracking
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact details. Let us know promptly if you need to correct them; changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, we will provide the tracking details with the dispatch information.
International deliveries
For cross-border orders, customs checks and destination-country import requirements may apply. Any duties, taxes or handling charges depend on the destination and shipping arrangement. Please contact us before ordering if you need confirmation of which charges are included.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If a parcel is delayed, appears lost, or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. For damaged deliveries, please keep the packaging and take photographs where possible so we can investigate with the carrier and help resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits your applicable consumer rights.
